Maple Soy Glazed Rainbow Trout
This Maple Soy Glazed Rainbow Trout makes for a a quick, simple meal loaded with umami and richness.
Makes ~ 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Fisherfolk Smoked Trout Filet (The best there is!) 
- 1/2 medium onion, roughly chopped 
- 3 cloves garlic, minced 
- 1/4 cup maple syrup 
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce 
- Black pepper to taste 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. 
- Prepare your onion and garlic. Mix together with maple syrup and soy sauce in your baking dish. 
- Place trout fillet to marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge, turning once halfway. 
- Bake for 10-12 minutes uncovered skin-side down.
