Coldwater Shrimp Salad Rolls
These Coldwater Shrimp Salad Rolls make for a bright and easy meal for the summer time, especially to fill tableside BBQs and summer picnics!
Makes ~ 5-6 Rolls
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb (225g) fisherfolk Coldwater cooked shrimp 
- 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped 
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped dill 
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice 
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper 
- Salt & pepper, to taste 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Make the filling: In a bowl, mix shrimp, mayo, lemon juice, dill, cayenne pepper and celery. Season with salt and pepper. 
- Assemble: Toast the bread or buns if desired. Place lettuce on the bottom, spoon the shrimp mixture on top. 
- Close the sandwich, slice in half if you like, and enjoy immediately!
